Dr. Leonor Pagtakhan-So, M.D., has provided expert asthma and allergy care to Eastern Kentucky since 1975. She treats both children and adults and founded the Asthma & Allergy Center to offer thorough, compassionate care that helps patients understand and manage their conditions with confidence.

Nurse Practitioner
Sarah Coleman, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who has provided care in Eastern Kentucky since 2003. She specializes in asthma, allergies, COPD, eczema, and immune conditions and is known for her compassionate, patient-focused approach at the Asthma & Allergy Center.
